I received a call explaining that one of the products I'd ordered wouldn't be available for a long time and that in order for me to receive my order more quickly, they could exchange the missing product for an equivalent in taste, but of a superior brand, without changing the price of my order. I really appreciated the gesture and above all the responsiveness of the team, because the problem was solved so quickly that I didn't notice a thing!
