For all foodstuffs and non-declined materials, a red cross indicates when the product is not in stock, with the words "not available in stock" in red, so you don't have to click on the product sheet? I really appreciated being able to modify an order to receive it more quickly. I've placed three orders and received them well. The parcels are received in good condition and the products are well protected. I'm very satisfied.

Fast delivery but a freeze-dried bag from my order turned out to be no longer available and the company replaced it with another bag (from another brand) without asking my opinion. Personally, I would have preferred them to ask me which freeze-dried product I wanted as a replacement.... because tastes and colors are different ^^.

My colleagues replaced it with an equivalent recipe so as not to penalize your order and so that it could be dispatched quickly. We usually take the time to warn you, but with the activity before Ascension Day, we tried to be as quick as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to see you again on our site.
