Quality dishes and fast delivery. One drawback: the site sells dishes that are not freeze-dried (chicken cep risotto, for example), and this is not clearly indicated. It's easy to make a mistake. I realized this by the weight of the dish (350 g) when I opened the parcel.

Hello, we do indeed sell different kinds of long-life meals (from 1 to 25 years). On the one hand, you'll find freeze-dried meals to be rehydrated, which are much lighter than sterilized meals, which are "ready-to-eat" and therefore heavier to transport. Once you're on our site, we think in terms of categories, where it's indicated at the top of the Lyophilized menu and next to it Sterilized, and in each product data sheet, we explain how the dish is processed. But we fully understand that for a first-time visitor, all these notions may be subtle. A little longer for the arrival of the parcel due to the change of chronopost relay point, but otherwise everything was top notch. A godsend to have been able to find last-minute hiking tools and equipment. It's also great to have a specialist freeze-dried food store in France for all those sports or jobs that require special organization.

Hello, you placed an order on the 4th at the end of the day, your parcel was dispatched on the 5th and delivered to your letterbox on the 8th according to the tracking system. We were rather reactive in preparing your order :) In the wake of the health crisis, La Poste is managing an influx of parcels transiting via their platforms, and delays can sometimes be lengthened.
