A very serious, very rigorous, very organized Breton company that knows how to make itself very available to its customers. Fast efficient store practically the only one to offer this type of product with a good variety. This may be due to the freeze-dried products themselves, but I didn't find them terrible in general, lacking taste and firm texture.
