This issue is beyond our control; the carrier you chose, 'relais colis', redirected to a substitute pickup point because the one selected during your order was supposed to be closed, which caused a delay in delivery. Still not delivered and delivery mix-ups, package lost or sent to another recipient, change of pickup point and more than 10 days to deliver and still not received, really not satisfied and I am waiting to see my order to check if it is intact if I receive it.
