Too long delays, the product received does not match the order: return of the product before reshipping the compliant product, the transaction was closed 1 month after the order.

I ordered my shorts on Thursday August 20th to be delivered to my vacation spot. I left on Sunday 30th and my friend picked it up for me on Tuesday 1st September. Because of my schedule, I will not be able to try it until the end of September. If the size does not fit, will it be too late to change it? Sincerely Mario Luraschi
