Last review. So the products are very good, absolutely nothing to say on the subject or on the speed of processing the order. However, here is my experience with grosbuzz: I placed an order on Friday evening, a small order of 102 euros that I renew almost every 10 days. I consider myself a good customer if you average over the year and manage a turnover on a single customer. You can see for yourself. Moving on... Saturday morning I receive the Black Friday offer that doubles the order. So disappointment sets in, I think damn if only I had a few hours more I could have had double. I directly contact customer service telling them that I was really unhappy to have missed this offer and that since my order was not processed or shipped. I expected my order to be doubled, especially since I ordered often. And that if I had the unpleasant surprise that it was not doubled, I would go look elsewhere. Which in my eyes is normal, came across as a threat. The director even sent me an email to say that it is unacceptable to threaten his staff. I replied that I didn't have time to manage the sensitivities of his staff that there was no threat but disappointment at having missed the offer. He did not understand and did not double my order. So that's why I will no longer give my money and I asked to delete my grosbuzz account.

How can you give so many stars for a product that has no THC. Moreover, it's really expensive. I'm willing to buy it on the condition that there is 20% THC. Out of the question to buy CBD at this price.

Shipping was as fast as possible. The packaging was very good (product was well padded). The store gets 5 out of 5 stars from me. The product itself is not my cup of tea. I would say that if someone hasn't smoked cigarettes for a while, then the Taback Flash is stronger than the 70% GBZ. I probably won't continue to inhale the stuff and throw it away. I don't know what the manufacturers were thinking with their description. But maybe I'll have to breathe out the vape all at once. If you don't have any hobbies yet, you can practise vaping without getting “damaged” 🙂
