Unfortunately my box came completely damaged. We were lucky the bottles were not shattered. The service was fast. That was the good part, but it was meant to be a present and we could not deliver with the box under those conditions. We still love your wine and we will order more, for sure, but wanted to pass the feedback, as I am aware that shipping its a third party and not your company. Since you're asking my opinion: I had ordered 6 bottles of Domaine de l'Aigle Pinot Noir 2021. I was delivered a 2022! after I asked for it, I was told that I had been "sent the wrong vintage by mistake due to a change of vintage that was not communicated and we no longer have a 2021 vintage". I find it hard to believe that this was a mistake (the correct vintage was indicated on the order confirmation). Rather than presenting me with a fait accompli, the least they could have done would have been to warn me beforehand and to ask me to confirm my order! I should point out that the seller suggested that I return the bottles and get my money back, but what a complication! I preferred to keep the bottles.

The carton arrived in good condition.
The box arrived in good condition, but inside, the wooden crate containing the bottles was smashed by the bottles, which weren't locked in at all. The little wooden dividers holding the bottles were too loose, and all broke into a thousand pieces, in the 2 crates I received within a few days of each other. For a wine of this price, the wooden crates could be better designed and made.

Zero stars would have been more appropriate! We're extremely disappointed! The orange wine is acidic, bordering on cheap table wine. The rosé stings despite an elegant bottle, and the white can't even be used as a cooking wine, since it's also spicy and acidic! + More than 100 spent, perhaps to make vinegar. I don't even dare open the other 5 bottles, what a shame!
