Excellent quality product. Vintage 2023 totally different from the previous ones and much appreciated! on the other hand, the carriers are a black spot: delivery of 10 parcels in 3 x!!! obligation to reschedule the dates and free up time to wait for these carriers => DPD and DHL: rating: ZERO!

Hello Following an order for six bottles of Hospitalas, I did receive the six bottles, but in a cardboard box when they were supposed to be in their wooden box. Your products are carefully packaged, the delivery time was perfect. Chronopost's service, on the other hand, was null and void. I had to travel 25 km AR to collect my parcel from their warehouse even though I had requested a delivery date that suited me thanks to their website and they had acknowledged receipt. But the driver decided otherwise, and I lost 2 hours because of their lack of service.
