My order was placed a few months ago. I've never had any problems before, but now a parcel has not been delivered. It was very difficult to get in touch with the after-sales service, telling me that the parcel had been delivered when in fact they had divided two items into two parcels, but I didn't give up and I was able to get a refund because I threatened to open a dispute... it's a shame but I won't be ordering from them again.

2) What are your habits? If you use a straightening iron regularly, do frequent highlights or bleaching, a cure will not be enough to improve the quality of your hair and make it grow.
