Package received well, quickly. Site is fine. I find the watch expensive for this type of watch. The bracelet cannot be shortened, just adjusted. We'll see over time for the quality.

Package received quickly, the watch perfectly matches the photos. The only downside is that the box was just placed in a larger cardboard box, so the watch arrived damaged. For a watch at this price, it's not great...

Everything went well. One star less for the packaging, a watch in a bubble envelope is borderline. The small boxes arrived crushed in the envelope and the dial was moving around in its packaging... not great. A cardboard envelope would probably be more secure.

Very satisfied with the product received, only disappointment, I paid the most expensive delivery possible so that the package arrives within 24 hours at my home order placed on Thursday noon supposedly parcel shipped Thursday evening, but colissimo takes charge of the package that Friday at 13h50 out the package should have already been at home. After contacting the jewelry store, they told me they were on time and asked me to contact colissimo. Colissimo informs me that they only received the parcel on Friday at 1pm, that the seller didn't pay for Saturday Sunday deliveries, so they're on time because the parcel was received at 13 on Friday and delivered to my home on Monday at 8.3am. However, when I ordered on Thursday, I had to pay for delivery to my home within 24 hours .....

Fast delivery. Nice watch. Only remark: its dial is very small. It's a very thin watch, which can't be seen on the photo on the website.

The product ordered does not conform to that received and it took me 4 calls where no one answered me even after leaving several messages. the prices are correct, unfortunately I received the SEIKO watch without the tool to adjust the size of the bracelet. Just look at the description on competing sites to check that it should come with it.
