Extra service. During the lockdown period, very fast processing of the order. Then when I asked for the tracking number of the package (the link I received did not work on my phone), I received the answer in less than 2 hours during lunch time. Hello, As we explained to you by email, during the containment period the Post Office delivered only 3 days a week and signed for the customer. These exceptional measures were taken to fight against the spread of the virus and it is not us who decided them.
