4 stars, the delivery boxes almost always arrive damaged. A better quality packaging would be welcome as the delivery people are not always very gentle... Without this problem it would have been 5 stars.

I know guanodiffusion, I know their products are great but the chronopost delivery is so-so! We pay almost 20 euros to get it in 48 hours and it has already been a week that I am waiting for it.

supposed to be delivered on Friday, delayed due to bad weather, no worries, the next day a message saying it will be delivered before 1pm, nothing, on Monday another message announcing delivery before 1pm, at 2pm the delivery person calls me, directly "it doesn't go well" and hangs up and leaves the package in a relay.... Otherwise product conforms to the reputation, perfect, nothing more to say
