Hello, it's a pity, I had asked two questions regarding a Barnette commando crossbow from the 80s. My first question was about the bolts. My second question was about the arrows or bolts. I received a quick response for the bolts so I ordered them on your site but for the arrows I didn't get a response despite two follow-ups. So I ordered the arrows on your site, I mounted them, they fit very well. Too bad I don't have any arrows to try. Thank you very much

The crossbow was not identical to the image on the order page. After complaining, an inappropriate and patronizing response ... After another email from me with evidence based on screenshots of the order page, there is simply no response anymore!!! Instead of funny emails after the order, you should rather focus on the essentials and satisfy your customers in every respect. Especially when handling complaints!!! The processing of complaints ideally takes place in a structured 4-phase process: Acceptance, Examination, Solution finding, and Follow-up: A prompt and customer-oriented handling (usually within 2-7 days) turns dissatisfied buyers into loyal customers. The 4-phase process in detail 1. Acceptance & Recording: Accept the complaint via email, phone, or portal. Thank the customer for the feedback and confirm receipt directly to give the customer a good feeling. 2. Examination & Analysis: Check the facts for validity. Clarify the desired state, request evidence (photos) if necessary, and look for the cause. 3. Solution finding (Immediate measures): Develop customer-specific solutions. This can be an exchange, a repair, a discount, or a credit. If the complaint is unjustified, this must be communicated factually and empathetically. 4. Follow-up & Evaluation: Document the case. Use customer feedback to analyze the causes and avoid future errors in production or service. My advice: Train your employees, especially Yann Luksch, who did not help me!!! See email correspondence regarding the order.

I ordered and during payment I was asked for shipping fees when for the amount of my order, they were free. I wrote to indicate to make a commercial gesture to have arrows to compensate for the shipping costs paid during my order of the same amount... I received neither a response to my message nor arrows as a gift in the package.... I had also specified to send everything on the same date to limit my shipping costs, nothing was done and I am really dissatisfied!!

Very good... but no respect for the deadline. The purchase was a Christmas gift received in February. Note that the product awaiting delivery was still displayed as available within 7 days on the site, which is not very honest towards buyers.

However, I had a promo code for free traits that I entered on the site during the purchase but not seeing it appear, I even entered it a second time and the site alerted me that the code was already entered. However, during my order it did not appear on the invoice so I did not receive the offer and had to contact customer service who agreed to send them to me in exchange for shipping costs which I would have preferred to avoid. I shoot on a nature course and the arrows bought for 82eu are very fragile. I had to recycle three after less than 10 sessions. I believe that the quality of the carbon, or at least its thickness, makes them fragile arrows.

I made a payment by card through the bridge. They say they did not receive it but it was charged to my account. I will not buy from them again.

An exchange would have been more conclusive) especially considering the €30 shipping fees... to be reviewed

Order corresponds to my expectations. The site is serious and the products are very good. However, for pity's sake stop using the post office for delivery, package arrived late and in poor condition. Fortunately for me nothing was broken. There are other much more serious couriers nowadays.

3 weeks to receive my order (where all the items were marked available) (order of June 4... it's the 29th) and forced to return an item that did not correspond to the order... manufacturer's error apparently. So I'm still waiting for my daughter's bow limbs...

The blowgun arrived, but the rubber tip to use it as a cane was missing. Waiting for them to send it and I would give all the stars.
