It's okay, but the metal of the vise jaw is slightly stained or rusty? I'm not really sure... The clamping screw is missing, even though it is shown in the photo on the website. Otherwise, delivery was on time. The product seems suitable for my needs, but I haven't tested it yet. It's impossible to reach them by phone. They didn't reply to my previous email. I'll still give it 4 stars.

happy with the material but a small downside on the availability indications, available marked in green makes it seem like it's in stock, it would be more honest to respect your own indications, if available from supplier in yellow with the delay and only mark in green what is in stock. It would also be good to better associate the products e.g.: which tips with which arrows etc...

My purchase was excellent, the price was at the time the lowest I found. But the delivery was very, very slow, and there is little information sent to the email. Other than that, everything is fine

I ordered a slingshot, fast delivery, slingshot conforms to the description (the elastic was a bit flimsy and broke after about thirty shots) maybe it's my fault because I was pulling a bit hard on it, the balls are not included. Still happy with my purchase.

Hello, the order I made was for six bolts and one of them arrived without the tip? For what it's worth, it's not worth discussing, but it does show a state of distrust, after what was experienced with the crossbow. Best regards.

Excellent product but received damaged and they did not replace it claiming that the material in question was out of warranty, besides the fact that the package arrived with a significant delay, but if the product is new everything should be under warranty. I strongly advise against this company because they are not serious. In every email of protest, they blamed me for the damage. As I said, I do not recommend purchases on hattila. as paolo paolo

I ordered the pre-assembled 12 Easton XX75 Tribute arrows. Billing and shipping were straightforward. Still only 1 star because the website states that the arrows come with nocks, but no nocks were included in the delivery. Quote from the website: Included accessories: Plastic vanes (mounted) and nock, delivered in sets of 12 with glued vanes and nocks to be glued. But as I said, there were no nocks included.

The order arrived quite quickly, about 3 days. Unfortunately, two U-washers (about 1mm thick) were missing from the packaging. I was able to take these U-washers from the disassembled bow arms. But what if I hadn't had them?!
