Hello, overall I am satisfied with the processing of my order and the product, but what I can regret is that with a promo code there was a pack of 15-inch arrows offered that I never received, of course I made a complaint and they replied that it would be sent to me with a future order. However, if I don't place an order for a while, I believe I will never see them. Please accept my best regards.

Items conform to my expectations. Careful packaging. Just a few small remarks: difficulties in obtaining the invoice, but this should be sorted out quickly, according to what I was told. It would be wise to offer a video/tutorial on the site for adjusting the elevation and direction of the crossbow sights, as there are for the assembly.
