Package received in 1 week. Impeccable packaging. Just a downside, the arrows were without tips. However, Hattila's customer service assured me they would send them as soon as possible after contacting the supplier. Their responsiveness and professionalism seem perfect. For now, I'm waiting, but since it must come from North America, nothing surprising.

Following a return, the manager tells me he received the package and sends me a refund confirmation... 3 weeks later still no refund despite the confirmation. After claiming, he finally tells me he hasn't received the package... but the tracking clearly indicates it was delivered!? Dishonest! Avoid!! I contact a consumer association.

Great professionalism and very good responsiveness. Super happy with my purchase. I am eagerly awaiting the string replacement package for the pulley crossbow type Missile. Suggestion, for crossbow bolts over 180 pounds in 20 and 22 inches, it would be wise to have packs of 12 mini bolts at an interesting price. Well done, keep it up...
