Lack of communication on the progress of the delivery. The order was lost and I was left without news from the site and the seller. Had to be clever to finally get a response. Ultimately, product received different from the order (color). It was annoying, that's it.

Hello, Your order was shipped on the day of purchase, if the global relay tracking was not effective it is not very fair to hold us responsible. As for the color of the crossbow, I offered you an exchange which you refused, by the way the model received is worth more than the model ordered, that said the characteristics are exactly the same.
