The crossbow is very good and the shipping service and everything else is correct. The only point for improvement is that it should come with better assembly instructions. The photos are not clear enough and the section on how to string it is terrible, I had to look for videos to understand it.

A bit long, certainly holiday season, Chronopost not at its best in delivery, postponed day by day; excellent responsiveness via email, but too bad there is no possibility to call; the manual does not correspond to the purchased device (Accelerator 370), and even if I am told it is the same (same family: Acc. 390 and 410), it is not, especially regarding the caliper, whose attachment is quite different, so why is this one missing precisely?? - lack of precision on delivery times...Good site

Beautiful products arrived well packaged. Delay before delivery exceeding the site's announcements: 1 month instead of 15 days and the surprise of seeing the order arrive in several packages without being warned which costs the 5th star.
