Very well packaged and quality arrows. Unfortunately, a small hiccup with the order shipment, but perfect communication to resolve the issue.

Very available, quick responses. Only downside: not all products are available, and no precise deadline can be obtained. I appreciated receiving the ordered items in two packages, without shipping costs.

A few issues at first to pay but everything was sorted out and the package arrived well, the order was in line with my expectations. The assembly instructions are in English and the photos are small and blurry. But ready to reorder! ;)

Everything is perfect, but unless I missed something, for novices, an explanatory note in French would be a plus. After that, I would have liked to find on the site, for example for my xp 380, all the accessories that correspond to it, on a single page, e.g., press to change the string, type of arrows or compatible bolts, cases, slings, etc.. it might be simpler, but with the email exchange system, it can work. But everything is perfect (almost)

Very well done, fast delivery. I must say that the double elastic tube band of the slingshot was impossible to pull though.

Flawless service, quick response to questions asked, order tracking, fast delivery. The only downside, I would have appreciated having a user manual in French.

I am very satisfied with the ordered material. I would have liked a bit more transparency on the reality of the shipping times (14 actual days instead of the 7 to 10 displayed at the time of the order) which forced me to contact the Hattila Company to ensure I would receive my order "on time" regarding an imminent photographic project using the ordered material.

Fast shipping and delivery, complete package. However, it seems that 80% of the items on the site are out of stock which greatly limits the choice.

Hello, I have received my purchase, in perfect condition and I am very satisfied, 2 small downsides: the delivery delay of nearly 15 days, due to a lack of supply of "free" arrows, I would have preferred not to have them or to receive them later instead of receiving my main purchase with this delay, and the non-consideration of a change of delivery relay point by the shipping service. I will still order again from Hattila because the relationship and the quality of the products sold are there ;-)

Hello, Package well packaged, material in accordance with what was planned. I am satisfied. A small downside: I had asked a question regarding a false rope (use). no response... It's not dramatic, but still... 4 stars anyway.!

Good material, good quality price ratio. But spare parts and accessories are still quite expensive. For example, it's better to buy arrows on Amazon than on their site.
