Almost 5 stars. Very good relationship with the team, attentive to customers. Slight disappointment with the packaging in opaque plastic film which does not offer sufficient protection for the official product box. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the products sold on Hattila, but on my last order I received two pairs of string silencers that are completely different in size. More than two sizes difference, yet the same price. The smallest has no effect. I had to buy another pair elsewhere to avoid surprises. This evaluation only concerns my last order and I think it is negligence on the part of the preparer, because everything I have bought until now has been really great, but sometimes a small detail destroys all the excellence accumulated over time. I am quite disappointed with the delivery of my package. I ordered a scope glass, which is a fragile item and costs a certain price... The glass was barely wrapped in a thin pouch with a bit of bubble wrap. I admit I was surprised when I received the package. By miracle, the glass is intact but I wonder how (knowing that delivery people are not always very gentle with packages).

The crossbow is very good and the shipping service and everything else is correct. The only point for improvement is that it should come with better assembly instructions. The photos are not clear enough and the section on how to string it is terrible, I had to look for videos to understand it.
