My package was sent to a relay point far from my home 11 km away while I have one 4 km away. It's really a shame.

Beautiful products arrived well packaged. Delay before delivery exceeding the site's announcements: 1 month instead of 15 days and the surprise of seeing the order arrive in several packages without being warned which costs the 5th star. Fortunately, contact at Hattila very responsive to reassure about the progress of the order. HERVE Bertrand

I asked for advice on certain material, and they only sent me links to that material, they did not advise me. The order arrived quickly and very well.

Hello, Material well received, despite the problem with the Total relay point in Esbly I walked 10km to retrieve it in Montry. The delivery person did not do his job correctly. Have a nice day.

The elastic is not as powerful as that and the location of the ball hurts the fingers. Too bad

Although during the summer, I would have appreciated a more precise follow-up of the missing product in order to react more quickly. But it is mainly your source that is to blame. Best regards J-Luc

I had to insist several times because my order was delayed more than 3 weeks. Finally, they managed to get me 2 items and refunded me for the other. Their prices are very good and they usually keep their commitments, although the deadlines are their weak point because they arrive quite late. If you don't mind waiting a bit, they are a very good buying option.

Fast shipping. Material conforms. However, delivery by Mondial Relay went all over France and I had to intervene to unblock the package. Too bad to use this unprofessional carrier.
