A delay of 1 day, due to a small oversight on the part of Hawaiisurf. But a quick phone call and they are available, nice and immediately check what happened to resolve the issue. They called me back a few minutes after receiving my alert. The small oversight can happen, the reaction is exemplary in terms of customer service! Thank you!

The product being at the same price as the competition, it was the quality and clarity of the site that made the difference. The order arrived very quickly (validated on Tuesday evening and arrived at the relay point on Thursday morning). The only downside, I expected to be informed by email or SMS of the arrival of the order (technical problem?). However, I was able to access this information very easily thanks to the tracking number.

ordered on the 19th received on the 20th, delivery is super fast! a small downside though, I have an invoice of 135 E while I paid them 160 E! they come from a store in 94, which means that in-store they are cheaper!!! advice, go there ;)
