BAD DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM ON THE SITE
DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAILS

Merchandise conforms to the description but delivery time was supposed to be between 48h and 72h at the relay point.....and in the end: 7 days late!

Order placed on 25/01 for a delivery scheduled on 29/01.
It is now 04/02 and I still haven't received anything.

I couldn't find access to 'FFRS', do licensees no longer have the right to the 10% discount?

Quite clear and well categorized. A little more fluidity would be welcome but we are in detail. Overall it is very good

All the Hawaii surf part is excellent but the GLS delivery service is very poor. The delivery person did not deliver because there was no one even though I was there. No notice left. I had to go pick it up at the warehouse. In short

Just a downside: the dimensions of the board I was given are not correct. The board is therefore thinner and less wide than expected. With therefore a lower volume. It's a shame but otherwise the board is superb, well glassed and delivered quickly! Almost a perfect score...

Product received on time. Nothing to report.

The site is great just a bit disappointed to have ordered an orange birdhouse skateboard deck and received a purple one..

Everything went well, fast shipping, great gear, in short, I recommend.. loyal for many years!!!!!!!

Order received as expected and on time. However, the fact that I couldn't choose a pickup point close to my home is very inconvenient and this is the first time this has happened to me with HawaiiSurf.

Very good service. Easy navigation and searches on the site, convenient ordering and payment method via Paypal, order received on time and without issue.

Having already been to the store, very good advice.
However, I regret that the store is unreachable (too bad when you are in the provinces). No update on the delivery tracking on the GLS site (shipping status, estimated delivery date)

Disappointed to have received a different item. No one offered to exchange it. So my review is unsatisfied.

My package took a month to arrive.
And I could only get one item out of two because it was out of stock.

Order processed in 3 days and delivered 45 days later. Customer service unreachable, no response to email messages. In short, rather unhappy with my last order

The online experience went very well from the order placement - wide choice and competitive prices - to the product shipment... which never arrived.
Then begins a period of uncertainty where the feeling that the problem is not being addressed prevails and that one must be insistent to get answers.
However, the fact is that with patience, the customer service handling was up to the problem encountered since everything was sorted out but after a little over a month of exchanges; for an online site, this may seem long.
If you encounter a problem that requires customer service intervention, be patient, there will be a resolution. Don't cry scam because the resolution takes time.
I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars to indicate that customer service needs to improve on communication and possibly in human resources. Probably a matter of time.

Errors in the order and on the site were eventually resolved amicably, causing only a delay in delivery.

Ski slightly damaged, nothing too bad but frustrating on brand new Rossignol scratches.
But above all, no response to my request for a commercial gesture.

The physical store being reduced to a small shop, trying on is almost impossible.
The products are good and the online references are numerous.
The staff is nice.

The delivery date is respected.
However, the place where the package was dropped off is not very recommendable.
The person is unpleasant and does not look for the package, claims it has not arrived, even though it is just behind him.

The site seemed serious, the delivery was fast. However, upon opening the package, the ski pants still had the anti-theft tag at the bottom of the leg (so difficult to use!) and a small stain at the top of the pants. I decided to return the item, which also did not meet my expectations. The package was returned and received by the Hawaiisurf warehouse in Bayonne. Since then, I have not received a response from customer service regarding my refund (120 euros after all). I understand that delays may be extended due to the holidays, but just a response to reassure the buyer would be appreciated! I will try calling again...

Nothing received as a package so far, unacceptable

Order return (Bont rollers) and still waiting for a refund.
Disappointed with this order and still waiting for the refund of the one returned on 11/12/19. The proof of receipt from the Post Office indicates that the package was indeed received on 13/12/19.
Numerous emails sent to various services, the refund has still not been processed. I am still waiting for information.
This situation is absurd. I feel like I have been a victim of a scam.
I note a total lack of consideration for the customer from Hawaii Surf.
I request a quick refund for this order €188.19 and return fees €18.35. I have taken steps with Paypal.

best price of my search that day, same item and same brand

Received today 18/12/19 the package ordered since 25/11/2019. The tennis of the Quad rollers arrived dirty and in addition I had to pay the delivery person an additional 30.72€ of Igic (Canarian VAT and Customs) after having paid 20% VAT on the purchased product (see invoice). I had a confirmed price with transport of 193€ and now I had to pay an additional 30.72€. Not at all satisfied with the service received. I hope that I will be reimbursed for the additional fees I had to pay. Awaiting your response. Regards.

This is the first time I buy a board and they didn't offer me the grip. Had to order one and wait again... Otherwise, the board is cool!
