Order delivered very quickly but to a different parcel relay than the one requested, even though the chosen relay was available, I had to go to the other parcel relay because after contacting the carrier, they told me that the error came from Hawai surf. Otherwise, very good experience with their site and delivery (2nd time in less than 6 months)

After ordering an item on the day of receipt, I was called to say that there was no more stock even though the product was still for sale on the site.

The rollers are perfect but the delivery times were not respected and the customer service was not friendly at all

Delivered to a pickup point instead of home.

I received an email about the arrival of my package, and it arrived in perfect condition. However, the delivery times were absolutely not respected. I was supposed to receive it on Wednesday, August 15 or Thursday, August 16, but I only received it yesterday, Monday, August 20. The delay doubled and I don't find that normal.

Difficult shoes to find... Satisfied with my order.

Late delivery and there is no tracking, and when I sent them a message their response did not match what is written on their site.

no news from the site after 5 days, order status still in preparation. while delivery was scheduled for the 14th or 15th. no tracking very disappointed especially since it was for my birthday on the 14th and that's why I ordered on Friday before 3 PM. the next day - 15% available on the site! so big disappointment.

Hello, I ordered a size 38 and you sent me a 42.5, this is not normal.

Next day delivery is promised for any order placed before 2 PM.....I ordered my rollers on Thursday at 11 AM....I should have received them on Friday....I needed them for the weekend. The rollers finally arrived on Tuesday. Additionally, the white plastic part of the rollers is yellowed :(

Clear site often offering promotions on skate gear. The only downside is the grip that comes with the board. It is of poor quality.

You can find everything a rider could be looking for. Only downside, some models are not available in certain sizes and the site does not offer the possibility to order them even if it means waiting a few weeks

Always a problem with grip tape why not use mobgrip or jesup instead of cheap grip?

Overall very good! I would have liked a confirmation SMS for shipping, and a slightly more reassuring packaging, but everything went smoothly, and the board is beautiful.. Excellent point to HS for also participating in the sales including on the Boards!! BRAVO!! A major store I have known for over 30 years, and I am delighted to see them still around!! Tb for Hawaiisurf, however, it is absolutely necessary to change the carrier TNT: I paid for home delivery and on 13/7, the delivery person did not bother to ring my doorbell even though 3 people were present and he dropped my package directly at a relay point. I went to pick it up but it was nowhere to be found at the relay. I then filed a complaint with TNT and they were supposed to call me back after contacting the delivery person. But two days later, I called back because I hadn't heard anything. Finally, my package was at the relay but since it was closed on Monday, I had to wait until Tuesday 17/7 to retrieve it!! I told my contact that all this would never have happened if the carrier had done their job, which is to deliver to my home. WELL, THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!

Very serious, fast shipping

The site is very good but the xcel 3/2 Infiniti ordered was extremely poorly folded and the neoprene on both legs above the knees has significant creases... sure it was on sale but it's a shame anyway....

The products were in accordance with the order and they were delivered within the announced timeframe (3 days). The packaging was a bit light (no bubble wrap for the skateboard) and the product could have been damaged during transport.
