the delivery person did not come to my home. I pay for delivery for nothing. forced to go to a relay point. too bad.

Very good products, nothing to complain about regarding the store. However, absolutely avoid home delivery by TNT! While I was entitled to free delivery to a relay point, I decided to pay 7.90 euros for home delivery because it was more convenient for me. Except that TNT didn't even bother to come to my home and directly dropped my package at a relay point 8km from my house at the beginning of the day! Paying nearly 8 euros for a service I was entitled to for free is a bit hard to swallow...

The site is good but the delivery service frankly leaves something to be desired. My order was supposed to arrive on July 12 or 13 (express delivery) and it turns out that my order will not arrive before July 16, extremely disappointed to pay for a service that is not respected.

The skateboard arrived on time, so at that level it's very good, but I only gave 4 stars because the skateboard was delivered like that in a box without anything to secure it, so I find that a bit mediocre especially at the price we pay, it would be a shame if it gets damaged... Difficulty in reaching the online purchasing service. Good ability to adapt to DPD Exapaq delivery issues. Received the package in good condition, size SM packaging but size XS fins even though SM was ordered. Product not compliant with the order. Before the start of a season, it puts the lifeguard in difficulty with equipment of the wrong size... to be continued!

Super price, I opted for in-store delivery but the reception was really average. Not a big deal but it leaves a bad feeling. The impression of bothering people.

I had tried to use a promo code but on the day of the deadline at 11 PM it was refused... luckily you relaunched the offer the next day. That's the only issue

After placing an order on the site, I do not receive any order confirmation or tracking number. After two days, I managed to contact them by email to find out where my order was, and I was told that they no longer had the product in stock. I pointed out that it would have been better if the information had come from them before I started to worry. We reached a mutual agreement to replace the product. The person I spoke to was supposed to keep me informed about the shipment and provide me with the tracking. Nothing, I had to reach out to them again to get the information. Finally, my package was supposed to be delivered to a relay point because I could not be present, but they sent it to my home. In short, dissatisfied with the service.

The site is good. The information found there is relevant. The 3 stars come from the fact that an item marked 'in stock' on the site was not. Ordered on April 28 and hoped for May 2 or 3, it was picked up on May 29. Good packaging. The time has finally come to enjoy it! Isn't that the main thing? Good rides to all.

This is the second time I order from Hawaiisurf, and both times I was charged and then told that the product was out of stock and they would proceed with a refund. The refund is well established but the disappointment of not having the item is also there.
