I ordered a bare board, very good delivery but lacking protection inside the package.

Very good for delivery, I have been waiting for news of my returned package for exchange and refund of items for a few days!!!

Impeccable order

Not very good, obviously because the return is not free.

Nothing went well but knowing the brand since I was a child and given that I got nice stickers I remain kind... but nothing went well, due to a stock error I spent 3 weeks resolving the issue with them before receiving everything I ordered... but the customer service, although very slow and not reactive (weak), accompanied me without causing me harm. I would have liked a more involved customer service nonetheless especially for a large order like mine.

Package poorly wrapped, the grip rubbed against the board, I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism of your company.

Some navigation bugs like errors after using the back arrow.
Little information on products in stock in physical stores
The site indicated a size 44.5 on the ordered product (only size available) and finally the product received is a size 44

Received on time but with an error on the delivery point, delivery partially compliant with the order, visual error on one of the products.

Regarding information by phone for a snowboard jacket, top nothing to say, staff attentive and very good advice.
The only complaint is the choice of carrier, package received thrown behind the gate while there was a person present knowing that it was supposed to be delivered against signature.

Fast delivery but if the product is not suitable, the return is at your expense!

Shoes meet expectations, fast delivery and really interesting sale price. The French size indicated on the site is unreliable, it would be better to show the Riedell size from the box to find it, but the phone service to know it was efficient.

HawaiiSurf was Ok, but their cooperation with BMV logistic is misunderstanding… snowboard ordered 20.12.2021 - delivery to Poland 21.01.2022…

Nice site, competitive prices but returns at the customer's expense... that's complicated! Nothing is provided for the return, neither label nor sponsored shipping.

For delivery, it would be desirable to know the day of arrival of the package because the information given is 'delivery in progress' it doesn't say the day

Some modifications need to be made to the filter system that forces you to start all over again when returning. Otherwise, overall nothing to say.

Good products with friendly and competent sellers

I am satisfied with the service of the site.
Very fast delivery after the order, product well protected in its package. Surf skate given as a Christmas gift for the greatest happiness of the person it was intended for!
Small downside on the delivery person who left my package with the neighbors even though I clearly stated that I did not want that to verify the condition of the package upon receipt.

Order received on time and in very good condition

Order and shipping problem

I ordered a Billabong wetsuit on this site, bad experience.
Already the carrier is GLS which is not very reliable (the delivery person just left the package in front of my door without ringing).
For the wetsuit, I was sent a wetsuit that did not have the same color as on the website and belongs to the lower range than the one I ordered.
I therefore contacted customer service, not available for a seminar (I had to wait until the day after delivery to manage to reach them via social media).
They no longer had the wetsuit I wanted.
I was offered to return it or a discount of only 10% on the wetsuit even though I received the lower range (I didn't have time to return it because of the holidays).
I therefore kept the wetsuit asking for a commercial gesture (like a discount voucher or something) but unfortunately nothing was done.
The wetsuit remains even with these 10% still more expensive than on the brand's website or in surf shops.
I do not recommend this site, prefer a surf shop or another brand instead.

Did not receive the package. The delivery person left me a message outside of their delivery hours. "Apparently rang on the 14th and 16th while I haven't left my house and my building's doorbell is on my landline"

First purchase on the site, no problems

I really enjoyed my first visit to Hawaii surf (the site design, ease), I will surely come back again. Just a small hiccup with the sorting bar but nothing serious.

Good but a bit disappointed about the delivery, the box was crushed and you could see what was inside. My Christmas surprise was ruined. Finding your packages ripped open is really not cool.

Good but I would recommend improving the descriptions specifically on the snowboard boots where it is useful to know the stiffness and the area of practice of the boots, of course this information can be found on other sites but it could potentially lose customers if they find better or cheaper elsewhere, it's up to you to see these are of course just suggestions :)

The photos are quite faithful to the ordered product.

My order has been canceled. The payment was made by bank transfer since October 4, 2021. I am trying to contact Hawaiisurf in vain to obtain a refund or a credit. No response by email via their website.
