Hello, As indicated on our site about a week before your order on August 12, we were closed from August 12 to 15 inclusive, orders placed in the meantime were taken into account for departure from August 16 with delivery within 48 working hours. Your order was indeed sent on Thursday the 16th for delivery to the parcel relay the following Monday. We were therefore completely within the announced deadlines. Unless we made a mistake, we did not exchange by email or on Facebook Messenger, through which channel did you contact our customer service? Best regards Romain HAWAIISURF
