Information problem. During the purchase, 5 sites are offered for click & collect. In the confirmation email of availability, ZERO reminder of the address or order number. On the site, there are only 4 listed addresses (mine was the 5th obviously, untraceable!)
And when I finally found my package, the friendliness of the sellers, managing dozens of pickup sites, was terrible…
The products themselves are okay, but the customer experience was awful.
