Indeed at the time of your order a technical issue prevented the sending of tracking to customers, we apologize for this inconvenience as it is undoubtedly practical while waiting for a receipt.

Order delivered very quickly but to a different parcel relay than the one requested, even though the chosen relay was available, I had to go to the other parcel relay because after contacting the carrier, they told me that the error came from Hawai surf. Otherwise, very good experience with their site and delivery (2nd time in less than 6 months)

Hello, Indeed the initially chosen relay 'RETOUCHERIE STYLE' unfortunately no longer worked with DPD and had to be saved following your first purchase. In this case, we had to get closer to the nearest relay during shipping. I have no doubt that DPD must have rejected the 'error' rather than simply explaining the situation.
