Nothing went well but knowing the brand since I was a child and given that I got nice stickers I remain kind... but nothing went well, due to a stock error I spent 3 weeks resolving the issue with them before receiving everything I ordered... but the customer service, although very slow and not reactive (weak), accompanied me without causing me harm. I would have liked a more involved customer service nonetheless especially for a large order like mine.

This is my second purchase at Hawaii surf and it is successful again. Too bad the ordered items are not shipped the same day (for an order before noon for example).
I also regret that returns are only free when paid with Paypal... it would be nice to extend it to other payment methods.

So I am very satisfied however you put free Grip on the invoice but there was none in my package... that's why I didn't think it necessary to add one to the order basket, then finding a skate shop in Bastia to get a Grip... Impossible it doesn't exist.
Fortunately, Nathan came back from the mainland today and brought me one, otherwise I wouldn't be able to ride this afternoon!!
But thank you anyway for your gear it's great!!
