The online experience went very well from the order placement - wide choice and competitive prices - to the product shipment... which never arrived.
Then begins a period of uncertainty where the feeling that the problem is not being addressed prevails and that one must be insistent to get answers.
However, the fact is that with patience, the customer service handling was up to the problem encountered since everything was sorted out but after a little over a month of exchanges; for an online site, this may seem long.
If you encounter a problem that requires customer service intervention, be patient, there will be a resolution. Don't cry scam because the resolution takes time.
I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars to indicate that customer service needs to improve on communication and possibly in human resources. Probably a matter of time.

Errors in the order and on the site were eventually resolved amicably, causing only a delay in delivery.

Ski slightly damaged, nothing too bad but frustrating on brand new Rossignol scratches.
But above all, no response to my request for a commercial gesture.

The physical store being reduced to a small shop, trying on is almost impossible.
The products are good and the online references are numerous.
The staff is nice.

The delivery date is respected.
However, the place where the package was dropped off is not very recommendable.
The person is unpleasant and does not look for the package, claims it has not arrived, even though it is just behind him.

The site seemed serious, the delivery was fast. However, upon opening the package, the ski pants still had the anti-theft tag at the bottom of the leg (so difficult to use!) and a small stain at the top of the pants. I decided to return the item, which also did not meet my expectations. The package was returned and received by the Hawaiisurf warehouse in Bayonne. Since then, I have not received a response from customer service regarding my refund (120 euros after all). I understand that delays may be extended due to the holidays, but just a response to reassure the buyer would be appreciated! I will try calling again...

Nothing received as a package so far, unacceptable

Order return (Bont rollers) and still waiting for a refund.
Disappointed with this order and still waiting for the refund of the one returned on 11/12/19. The proof of receipt from the Post Office indicates that the package was indeed received on 13/12/19.
Numerous emails sent to various services, the refund has still not been processed. I am still waiting for information.
This situation is absurd. I feel like I have been a victim of a scam.
I note a total lack of consideration for the customer from Hawaii Surf.
I request a quick refund for this order €188.19 and return fees €18.35. I have taken steps with Paypal.

Received today 18/12/19 the package ordered since 25/11/2019. The tennis of the Quad rollers arrived dirty and in addition I had to pay the delivery person an additional 30.72€ of Igic (Canarian VAT and Customs) after having paid 20% VAT on the purchased product (see invoice). I had a confirmed price with transport of 193€ and now I had to pay an additional 30.72€. Not at all satisfied with the service received. I hope that I will be reimbursed for the additional fees I had to pay. Awaiting your response. Regards.

I have ordered several times on the site, I am satisfied. The navigation is smooth although I preferred the previous layout. The delivery is fast. The only small downside this time was that one item was missing from my order, but very quickly the customer service was responsive and managed to rectify this small inconvenience, and the next day I received the missing item! Ordered items: several Invaders Seba 80 mm wheels of different colors, they have quite a good grip and last over time. A safe bet for freeriders and riders ;-) for good sessions in urban mode. I had a preference for the hyper-concrete G wheels but the site apparently no longer sells them, for me they had a bit more grip! I recommend this site for its seriousness.

Having followed the return procedure indicated in the general sales conditions and after numerous calls to customer service, the refund for my order has still not been processed. The proof of receipt of the returned package from the Post Office indicates that the package was indeed received on October 24th. More than 5 phone contacts with the company's customer service and a phone exchange with Romain from the Ivry sur Seine customer service, I still have not received any information, confirmation, return tracking, or refund. This situation must stop. I feel wronged. There is clear evidence of disinterest and lack of seriousness on the part of this company. Therefore, I request an express refund of my order and also the return shipping costs: 138 euros + 16 euros for return shipping.
I am able to provide all necessary documents for processing my request. I thank Paypal in advance for considering this issue.
