we received your order on the evening of June 13 with a scheduled shipment on June 14 for delivery expected between June 17 and 18 within 48 hours. We did indeed experience a slight delay that would have made the delivery on Wednesday, June 19, with less than a day's delay.
We have received your cancellation request, even before the scheduled delivery time, and the refund is in progress.

Hello, As indicated black on white when choosing Chronopost, orders on Friday are scheduled for delivery the following Monday. I don't see how this can be misleading when what you describe is exactly what is announced/planned when you made your purchase. 1 star less because the DPD pickup point didn't make much effort to look for my package which was indeed with them. So 2 trips for one package. Otherwise, customer service (Romain) is serious both in shipping and in the problem with DPD.
