You sell and deliver non-compliant products: the bindings I ordered are a limited series delivered in a cooler: you sent them to me without the cooler and especially without warning: I will have to go to the Post Office to resend them to you! I have about twenty boards and just as many bindings mostly Union and limited series... your delivery is worthless: a limited series is a set!!! And when I point this out, I am basically told that if I am not happy, I can resend them and then I have to ask how I will be reimbursed for the shipping costs!!!! I have already ordered from your site: I paid for a pair of boots twice the price due to a connection problem and when I reported it, it was such a mess that I abandoned the idea of reimbursement... however, I must recognize a linear aspect: your accounting department is like your shipping department and your sales department....

Hello, you placed an order on Friday the 3rd. Your order was prepared by our service the same day. The weekend, the carriers do not work (as stated in the T&Cs, the delivery time concerns working days, so excluding weekends and public holidays). Your package was therefore taken care of on the first working day of the week, which is Monday. As you know, this Wednesday, May 8th was a public holiday, the carriers do not work that day (we do, but we are not carriers). So if we recap, with an order on Friday the 3rd, the package was taken care of the next day (Monday since the weekend the carriers are off), and delivered on the 9th, which is 3 days after the order, not 5 days. Indeed, there was a delay due to the public holiday on Wednesday, May 8th, we apologize for that but unfortunately Hawaiisurf cannot override the dictates of public holidays. Have a nice day.

I did not like the experience I had during my order. First, the tracking link for my order did not work, it was not sent to me a second time even after I asked, then I was not notified of the arrival of my parcel at the pickup point and finally I did not receive the free grip that is supposed to be provided with the purchase of a board. If you want to buy skate products, I advise you to buy from another site.

Hello, regarding the tracking link for the parcel, it sometimes bugs a bit but that only comes from DPD and not from our platform. Then regarding the deposit of your parcel and where you were not notified, that too is the responsibility of DPD as they should send you a text when it is at the pickup point. Regarding the grip, it is indeed an error on our part and I apologize for that. Did you speak to someone on the phone so we can send you one for free? It says delivery 24-48h, everything was in stock. I chose this site for the delivery time but the promises were not kept. Ordered on Friday and received the following Friday because I called to find out where my order was. Otherwise, I wouldn't have received it yet. Very disappointed with the service. I won't come back

Hello, you placed your order on Saturday at 10:15 PM, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, your order was processed on Tuesday, your order was shipped on Thursday, you received it on Friday, our announced deadline is 24/48h, it's a deadline that starts at the time of shipping, so indeed we had a slight delay but not a week as you indicate in your review, you received your package in less than 72h, which is not the same at all, you will agree.
After the weekend we have a lot of orders to process, we are a small shop with few staff and sometimes there can be a slight delay, you received your order on Friday instead of Thursday, I don't think that deserves a 1/5 but that's your feeling, we take it into account and apologize for this exceeded delay.
