I have not been able to retrieve my order to date.
Indeed, I moved to Lyon.
I did change the delivery and billing address on your site, but for the pickup point, it was a shop in Grenoble that was proposed. Since there is a street with the same name not far from my home in Lyon, I didn't pay attention... I will try to go to Grenoble on Saturday to retrieve the package.
