I ordered a Billabong wetsuit on this site, bad experience.
Already the carrier is GLS which is not very reliable (the delivery person just left the package in front of my door without ringing).
For the wetsuit, I was sent a wetsuit that did not have the same color as on the website and belongs to the lower range than the one I ordered.
I therefore contacted customer service, not available for a seminar (I had to wait until the day after delivery to manage to reach them via social media).
They no longer had the wetsuit I wanted.
I was offered to return it or a discount of only 10% on the wetsuit even though I received the lower range (I didn't have time to return it because of the holidays).
I therefore kept the wetsuit asking for a commercial gesture (like a discount voucher or something) but unfortunately nothing was done.
The wetsuit remains even with these 10% still more expensive than on the brand's website or in surf shops.
I do not recommend this site, prefer a surf shop or another brand instead.

Hello,
We made a photo error on the revolution 3/2 wetsuit. Following this error that you pointed out to us, we sent you a return label that you did not wish to use. You preferred to keep the wetsuit.
We therefore proposed a refund of 10% of the value of the wetsuit, to summarize you received a wetsuit priced at 234 euros which is sold on the Billabong site for 260 euros.
We did our best to ensure you were satisfied with our service.
We are sorry that this was not enough.

Did not receive the package. The delivery person left me a message outside of their delivery hours. "Apparently rang on the 14th and 16th while I haven't left my house and my building's doorbell is on my landline"
This is not normal.
