Hello, I am surprised to read such feedback, your order from 09/05 was shipped on 09/06 from us and delivered on 09/16, which is just over a week (10 calendar days, 6 working days). My package still hasn't arrived.
It apparently returned to the starting point and is now being resent, but I haven't heard anything more than that.
