The deadlines were respected. The skateboard was well packaged. It is very beautiful. The colors are more vibrant than on the site and the blue leans more towards green, but my niece found it prettier in real life than on the computer screen. A site to recommend without hesitation.

Expensive shipping fees for a very long delivery time (8 days). No response to questions by email and if I hadn't called, the board wouldn't have been sent for a while. Once received, defective and damaged product... another wait of 8 days to get a contact and finally a customer service proposal...

we received your order on the evening of June 13 with a scheduled shipment on June 14 for delivery expected between June 17 and 18 within 48 hours. We did indeed experience a slight delay that would have made the delivery on Wednesday, June 19, with less than a day's delay.
We have received your cancellation request, even before the scheduled delivery time, and the refund is in progress.
