The site delivered my last order to a non-chosen pickup point and 45 minutes of public transport from the initially chosen site and explained that it was a decision of the carrier, I am no longer sure to order from Hawaiisurf.

NOT only did I not receive my order but also without realizing it I paid 25 euros in shipping fees when it was free over 59 euros of order.
So please refund me 25 euros in shipping fees for a delivery scheduled for July 15 that has still not been delivered on the 18!!!!

Unacceptable. I have already placed several orders and the service was good but now! They make mistakes in the order, do not respond to the emails sent, promise to rectify over the phone and ... Nothing is done. They just offer to resend the products at my expense ... While they are in the wrong. I am close to filing a complaint for non-compliance with contractual obligations

The site is quite complete. The choice is vast even if the trend is more towards urban style than technical equipment. However, the delivery times are incorrect. A package ordered on a Wednesday at 11am has still not arrived the following Monday. There is confusion between the terms 'shipping' and 'delivery' (package shipped within 48h in reality and not delivered, an issue when it's one of the reasons we order from this site).
