The shipping was really fast. Unfortunately, the product was too small. I returned it and they refunded the money in no more than a week. Great service and good quality products

The board arrived with many defects on the 2 rails and the nose. These defects did not come from the shipment or the package which was rather well done, the board was clearly broken before being packaged and shipped. Only it was sold as 'new'. After receiving it, I contacted customer service, no response. Disgraceful service. I do not recommend.

I have bought a Rip Curl wetsuit e bomb. Wetsuit is great, very comfortable, functional, flexible, warm and pretty. Size well defined. Hawaiisurf support (Suellen) is very fast responsive, helpful and kind. I had support with each step I needed - with payment, delivery and all my questions. Delivery to EU was fast. Thank you.
