Hello After 3 weeks, I am still waiting for my package which should have been delivered to a pickup point. The first pickup point did not accept GLS packages but it was still referenced. After contacting the site, I requested to change the pickup point. No notification regarding the change, just an oral agreement by phone. The carrier confirms to me that the package has been delivered to the new pickup point but they cannot find it. After multiple calls, no news and I am still waiting for my package and no one gets back to me regarding a new delivery or a refund (it's up to me to do all the steps, incredible ...)

Well my order is in accordance with the purchase I made at HawaiiSurf now for their GLS delivery it is really not one of the best delivery companies I receive at 4 PM a text confirming that the delivery at the pickup point has been made and the surprise!!! is that it is not the one I had chosen but more than a kilometer away I go there at 6 PM and the person at this pickup point tells me no we have not received your order I go home very disappointed and at 7 PM I receive a second text from GLS confirming that my order has been delivered to the pickup point I had chosen.
