NOT only did I not receive my order but also without realizing it I paid 25 euros in shipping fees when it was free over 59 euros of order.
So please refund me 25 euros in shipping fees for a delivery scheduled for July 15 that has still not been delivered on the 18!!!!

The only complaint regarding the carrier despite their punctuality and after several deliveries, they call me to ask where I live 4 out of 5 times... but the most important thing is that the package is delivered within the expected time. I would also say that it's a shame that, for example, there is no small description explaining how the brands fit (smaller or larger than size), for example, Vans fit small and if you don't know that and order, it often ends up being too small!
