Good reception of the products. However, it was impossible to select a pickup point via GLS while there is one just next to my house. So I opted for home delivery (paid) which was supposed to arrive between such and such date. Delivery a day earlier, not being at home my package was dropped off at the pickup point I wanted without incurring delivery fees. I specify that the pickup point selection did not show any PR in the center of Bordeaux, just a few in the CUB (quite far then). So we are forced to take the paid home delivery even though we will go pick up the package next to our home.

Hello, I am still waiting for the refund of the order returned on October 22nd. Having followed the return procedure indicated in the general sales conditions and after numerous calls to customer service, the refund for my order has still not been processed. The proof of receipt of the returned package from the Post Office indicates that the package was indeed received on October 24th. More than 5 phone contacts with the company's customer service and a phone exchange with Romain from the Ivry sur Seine customer service, I still have not received any information, confirmation, return tracking, or refund. This situation must stop. I feel wronged. There is clear evidence of disinterest and lack of seriousness on the part of this company. Therefore, I request an express refund of my order and also the return shipping costs: 138 euros + 16 euros for return shipping.
I am able to provide all necessary documents for processing my request. I thank Paypal in advance for considering this issue.

I have been ordering from you for a very long time, this order took weeks to arrive and when I called several times, I was made to understand that I was bothering you, the nice seller-customer relationship is over, very very very disappointed.

Not serious. Difficult to reach them by phone, even impossible. They do not respond to emails. Product displayed not in stock. Delivery of another product....

Surprising stock management. And surprising customer service. Message left on the answering machine quite abrupt and no apology for the mistake.

I ordered on a Sunday and I only saw delivery information appear on Thursday. I tried to contact you by phone at least 10 times without success. I then sent you an email and got no response. However, on Thursday I received information from the carrier and I received my package on Friday. If I need again, I will order from your site but there is a big downside on communication.

I ordered on Sunday with the Chronopost option (1 PM the next day) but I only received my order on Wednesday noon. I know it's a business day but I should have received it on Tuesday before 1 PM since I paid for this service

On this order, the blue Santa Cruz cap is junior size! I can't fit my head in it... too bad, nice product

Hello, the delivery is fast as indicated but the delivery person is not the same because he arrived and only rang once, my cousin was sleeping and since he only rang once he wasn't sure so he didn't go out, then he left directly leaving an email rather than a text. Knowing that we do not receive the notification, he went back to Vannes which is still 1 hour away from my home. So the delivery person is a bit abusive.

The delivery times, the products and the packaging were very good however I sent a request to customer service for which I never received a response (in two weeks).

Very disappointing. I thought I was buying a quality product. The product opened upon unpacking has several defects.

You sell and deliver non-compliant products: the bindings I ordered are a limited series delivered in a cooler: you sent them to me without the cooler and especially without warning: I will have to go to the Post Office to resend them to you! I have about twenty boards and just as many bindings mostly Union and limited series... your delivery is worthless: a limited series is a set!!! And when I point this out, I am basically told that if I am not happy, I can resend them and then I have to ask how I will be reimbursed for the shipping costs!!!! I have already ordered from your site: I paid for a pair of boots twice the price due to a connection problem and when I reported it, it was such a mess that I abandoned the idea of reimbursement... however, I must recognize a linear aspect: your accounting department is like your shipping department and your sales department....
