Hello,
We have no request regarding your order, so how do you deduce that we are not customer-friendly? The price is set by Nike, you ordered a pair of snowboard boots on the 11th that they no longer produce, they came to you on the 12th for delivery and you were able to pick up your boots on the 13th at the pickup point.
