You can find almost everything. I ordered a jacket and pants from Picture, new collection two days before the sales out of fear that my size would be gone because a message told me that stock was running low. I picked up the package tonight, I checked the site, my size was still available and I could have saved €100 between the jacket and pants. Having called the store for information before placing the order, there could be better communication and a more commercial approach to reassure about stock and tell customers to wait two days to validate their order. Thanks to the savings made, I could have bought myself a good pair of gloves. I know other brands that do this. It's only the money that counts before customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We cannot reassure you about the stock when it is visible in real-time on the site, 10 minutes after your review the pants in your size are no longer available and you took the SECOND TO LAST jacket, there is still one left indeed, so we could not guarantee or reassure you by saying, the day before the sales that we have two items left in your sizes.
If you were looking for specific items you did well, if you were looking for a price you could have waited at the risk of not getting exactly what you wanted, the choice was yours, the sales are not a secret to anyone.
We pay attention to the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by ensuring the quality of our advice and products.
No one retains customers with prices without shooting themselves in the foot and contributing to the death of independent shops like we see them closing one by one.

Very good delivery, but very difficult to reach a seller by phone. Seba fr1 80 good, but no quality control, the inner rivets not deburred tore the boot on the first outing, the back pull tab of the boot was unstitched upon delivery. Disappointing, progress to be desired. Thank you.
