Package impeccably wrapped (I even struggled to open it because it was so well packaged). Delivery was as expected and super fast. I had an issue with the payment choice at checkout online but I called the store and was helped by a friendly person.
The price was very good (that's why I chose to order from hawaiisurf.com).
I didn't know this website at all but I now include it in my list of potential suppliers for my 'ski' purchases.
