After numerous orders, very disappointed this time, a pair of shoes: after a very quick delivery (which I rightly commend) I find myself with only one shoe in the box. No apology from the person in the store either on the phone or upon receiving the second shoe, as if it were normal... a simple check before sending or an apology from the store was deserved.
