Delivery time correct but upon delivery, the box had 2 big holes and a truck was sticking out of the box!! There should have been more protection like bubble wrap or something else because the 2 trucks were just covered with plastic packaging and must have been well mishandled....Fortunately, upon unpacking, no issues.

I had a problem but it was neither Hawaii Surf nor the delivery person's fault, it was the parcel relay that didn't do its job, it got sorted out, I only give 4 stars because I would like the boards I order not to arrive gripped as they are for display, I can't find the option.
In short, Hawaii Surf always delivers!

Nothing to say about the delivery. However, it is difficult, if not very difficult, to communicate with you. Too bad Hawaii Surf does not offer direct delivery by post, so at home by the postman, the nearest DPD relay was 10 km away... just for two pairs of gloves.

Hello,
we are reachable by phone, but also and especially for a manufacturing problem by email and FB messenger allowing you to send us photos.
We have no message on these two regarding a manufacturing problem with your 686 belt (we have noted your complementary product review to this one) the procedure to follow is described in the corresponding tab "Warranty & SAV" in the bottom menu of the site.
This makes me question since we have no request from you before this review, how did you come to this conclusion about customer service and the procedure to follow, which is written in black and white without even having to contact us even if it is always better and welcome in the context of an after-sales service.

10 days after the announced delivery date... Still no news
No response to emails
Very very complicated to reach customer service... Who tells me they can no longer find the ordered item
No one is friendly and a refund in the process
I think I just had bad luck

Poor stock management! Having a small budget and attracted by the site, I ordered a model that I liked, in the end, I waited a week for an order that would never arrive and I discovered it because I called the store to find out that they no longer have the model... so no order tracking and a waiting and disappointed customer. No compensation either. They advised me to request a refund as they could not match the initial offer. So disappointed.
