At €299.99 for the pair of rollers, I would have greatly appreciated unboxing a new, unopened product that hasn't already been used... Despite a well-designed website and package tracking, my feelings remain mixed for my first order on the site...

Given that I received the 2 packages on the same day, Hawaï surf could have charged me shipping fees only once at €6.90.... With the large items I have been buying for ages, that would have been the least they could do....

Unfortunately, since the orders are prepared independently and possibly by different preparers, it is quite complicated to link two different orders under the same name placed a day apart, if this happens a second time a quick call or email will allow us to connect the two!

Super fast for shipping!! Nothing to say! However, the site is too vague! No indication on the size of the screws, diameter, etc. (for roller skates in this case) and when customers ask for the size of the screws for such or such skates, your answer is 'yes it should work...'
