Delivery times are not respected, we are promised delivery in 24 hours to a pickup point but in reality it will be more than 6 days that I have been waiting and I still haven't received anything... And this is not the first time this has happened.

The site is quite complete. The choice is vast even if the trend is more towards urban style than technical equipment. However, the delivery times are incorrect. A package ordered on a Wednesday at 11am has still not arrived the following Monday. There is confusion between the terms 'shipping' and 'delivery' (package shipped within 48h in reality and not delivered, an issue when it's one of the reasons we order from this site).
